How Unlimited Sub-Affiliate Hiring Depth Works in Affiliate Manager

Affiliates can now keep recruiting sub-affiliates even after they reach the last commission tier of a campaign. Previously, reaching the last configured tier blocked further recruitment. Now your affiliate network can grow as deep as your affiliates want, while commission payouts stay within the number of tiers you configured for the campaign.

Key Capabilities

Who Is This For

How It Works

  1. You set up a campaign with multi-tier commissions and choose how many tiers pay a commission. For more information, see How to Set Up Multi-Tier Commissions.
  2. Affiliates in the campaign recruit sub-affiliates as usual.
  3. When an affiliate reaches the last configured commission tier, they can still recruit more sub-affiliates. Recruitment is no longer blocked by the tier limit.
  4. When a sale is made, Affiliate Manager counts back through the chain, starting from the affiliate who made the sale. Only affiliates within the configured tier limit are paid a commission.

Important: Recruiting beyond the configured tiers does not extend commission payouts beyond those tiers. Affiliates further up the chain than the configured tier limit do not earn a commission on that sale.

What Stays the Same

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to turn this on?
No. It applies automatically to campaigns with tiered commissions.

Will my commission costs increase because my affiliates can recruit deeper?
No. Commissions are still paid only within the number of tiers configured for the campaign. Affiliates beyond that limit can be part of the network, but they do not add commission payouts beyond it.

Do I need to change my campaign's commission tiers so affiliates can keep recruiting?
No. Recruitment is no longer tied to the number of commission tiers.
