Publish Your Android White-Label App in Google Play Console
Overview
This guide shows how to create a new app record in Google Play Console. You will open the Console, click Create app, enter the app name and defaults, accept policy confirmations, then finalize creation so you can continue with store listing, releases, and tests.
Please note
- You must have a Google Play Developer account with Admin access.
- The app name shown on Google Play can be changed later. The package name is set in your Android build and becomes permanent after publishing.
- Keep the same Google account signed in during the whole process to avoid permission errors.

- Go to
GoogleGoogle Play for business | Launch & monetize your apps | Google Play Console and sign in with the Google account that owns your Developer account. - If prompted, accept any updated terms or review account alerts.

- In the left menu choose All apps.
- Click Create app in the top right corner.
- This opens the Create app dialog.
- Fill the Create app dialog
- App name: Enter the name as you want it to appear on Google Play. You can change this later.
- Default language: Choose the primary language for your store listing. You can add more languages later.
- App or Game: Select App or Game. You can change this choice later.
- Free or Paid: Choose the free type for your app. You can change pricing later before your first production release.
- Declarations and confirmations: Read and tick the required confirmations that you agree to follow Google Play policies and applicable laws.
- Click Create app.
- Verify the new app dashboard
- You will be taken to the app dashboard. Use Set up your app tasks to complete required items like store listing, app content, data safety, and initial release.
Tip: If you manage multiple Google accounts in the same browser, use an incognito window to ensure you create the app under the correct Developer account.
