How To Use the Groups Filter in Smart Lists


Filtering your contacts by Community Groups in Smart Lists is simple and intuitive. Follow these steps to get started.

  1. Navigate to Contacts > Smart Lists.

  2. Click on Filters.



  3. Find the Groups filter:

    • Scroll down to the Client Portal section, or

    • Type "Groups" or "Client Portal" in the search bar to quickly find the new Groups filter.

  4. Click on Groups, then select either:
     
    • Groups = is empty (contacts not in any groups)
       
    • Groups = is not empty (contacts in any group)

    • Groups = is (the specific Group(s) you want to filter for)

  5. Click on Apply.



  6. Your Smart List will now display only the contacts who belong to the selected groups, making it easy to manage and engage with them directly.
